Community Projects

With a decision to promote the well being of the disadvantaged in the Ghanaian society, especially persons with disability, The Helping Hand Community Project, by dint of our hard work given various forms of assistance to millions of persons with disabilities.

Living with disability in our part of the world comes with a plethora of challenges; limited access to quality education, healthcare, employment etc. and as a result most persons with disability in Ghana, struggle to make ends meet. Some are even pushed to resort to doing menial jobs and in the worst case begging of the streets.

It is for this reason that the H4P Organization initiated the Helping Hand Community Project. This project is aimed at providing support; financial, logistics, etc. to individuals with disability, families of persons with disability, special education schools, as well as disability oriented organizations.

Some organizations and institutions that have benefitted from the Helping Hand Community Project include; Wa Senior High School, Wa Methodist School for the Blind and Deaf (Upper West Region) New Horizon Special School (Greater Accra Region), Akropong School for the Blind (Eastern Region), Dr. Seth Tetteh Ocloo School for the Deaf (Greater Accra),Sharecare Ghana (Greater Accra), Autism Awareness Care and Training Centre (Greater Accra).
